1. Scope of Services

Salamat Tech Solutions provides bespoke web development, full-stack programming, cloud architecture deployment, API integration, and ongoing website maintenance services.

All development scopes, technical specifications, and delivery milestones are established mutually via written estimates or formal project agreements prior to project commencement.

2. Billing, Pricing & Payment Terms

• Currency & Pricing: All service quotes, invoice billings, and digital transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) through authorized payment gateways (including Razorpay).
• Milestone Settlements: Development commences upon the confirmation of initial advance milestones. Subsequent deliveries and production deployments occur upon clearing corresponding project sprint invoices.
• Taxes: Prices displayed or quoted are subject to applicable statutory levies and GST regulations as per Government of India guidelines.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon 100% full project payment settlement, all custom source codes, databases, design assets, and application rights are assigned entirely to the client.

Any third-party open-source libraries, frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS, React, PHP engines), or pre-built dependencies remain subject to their respective open-source licenses (MIT, Apache, GNU).

4. Client Responsibilities & Data Accuracy

Clients are responsible for providing valid credentials, accurate project scopes, text content, and graphics required for application assembly. The client warrants that all shared project assets do not infringe upon any third-party copyrights or intellectual properties.

5. Limitation of Liability

Salamat Tech Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from downtime caused by external cloud hosting providers, domain name registrars, third-party API deprecations, or unauthorized external server intrusions.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute, claim, or proceeding arising under this agreement shall fall exclusively under the jurisdiction of competent courts located in Birbhum / Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
